Postage & Pickup

Individual browband orders within Australia are shipped via  Express Post at a flat rate of $15.00 (1 to 3 days) and to New Zealand  at AUD$19.95 with tracking (5 to 7 days). 

Large browband orders can be sent via courier or express post and are priced at time of quoting.  We strongly recommend the buyer takes out additional postage insurance at $1.50 per $100.00.  Please contact Janell direct as this is invoiced separately.

All browbands are quality checked,  placed in a sealed cellophane bag for protection and then packed in a padded bag. 

For in store pickup our office/workshop is located at Oak Flats but please contact us on 1300 211 234 or [email protected] to confirm date and time.

 

Care of Browbands

Devine browbands are guaranteed against defective or faulty workmanship and or rhinestone chain/ribbons. They are manufactured for the purpose of horse jewellery and should be handled and taken care of appropriately.

We will not accept any returns or refunds for

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical damage
  • Improper use
  • Improper storage and transport
  • Incorrect notification of wrong size or colours on custom orders

We recommend the browband be taken off the bridle and stored flat in a cover or container and away from moisture. 

Please do not tie your horse up or let him rub his head whilst wearing the browband.
