POSTAGE & PICKUP
All products are sent via Australia Parcel Post. We strongly recommend the buyer takes out additional postage insurance at $1.50 per $100.00. Please contact Janell direct as this is invoiced separately.
Browbands are quality checked, wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a padded bag with a spare piece of chain for repairs. Canes are quality checked, wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a secure tube.
Items are generally posted on a Tuesday and Thursday.
International customers will need to contact us direct to obtain a quote for shipping.

CARE OF BROWBANDS
DES browbands are guaranteed against defective or faulty workmanship and or rhinestone chain/ribbons. They are manufactured for the purpose of horse jewellery and should be handled and taken care of appropriately.
DES will not accept any returns or refunds for
- Normal wear and tear
- Physical damage
- Improper use
- Improper storage and transport
- Incorrect notification of wrong size or colours
We recommend the browband be taken off the bridle and stored flat in a cover or container and away from moisture. Please do not tie your horse up or let him rub his head whilst wearing the browband.
